Boxing

I have mentioned a few times that I am boxing. I have been doing it since January and LOVE it! It's the best stress relief and excercise I have had since running. Yes, I still run, and plan on running another half in a few months, but still. Anyway, while we were learning how to actually kick for kickboxing, I didn't exactly do it right. This is what happened to my foot. Bt the end of the week, I actually had a matching one on the other foot. It's just a broken blood vessel, not a break. Though, it did hurt really bad.

The kids love playing with my boxing gloves. They will each put them on, then hit the other one and just laugh and laugh. They even ask to be hit. They sure are some kooky kids.

Whirly Twirly

While Grandma and Grandpa Staheli were down here, they gave us these really cool whirly things. The kids love them. Ty and I still haven't mastered shooting them like Grandpa has, but still. Here are the few pictures I found of when they were here. And it's just pictures of the kids chasing the whirly things....

Back to the future....er... Easter

So, I just sat and uploaded pictures from my camera, and apparently they are all the way back from Easter. So, I will give you a little bit of info on our Easter...
The week before Easter, Ty's parents came down to hang out with us. We had a great time with them here. It was so good to see them. They brought Easter for us with them. I didn't get any pictures while they were here (boo). They gave the kids fun wooden whistles. Liam's is a train whistle, and Jordan's is a slide whistle. They have great fun with them. So anyway, we had to do Easter with our friends that we always do Easter with a little early this year. They weren't going to be in town and we really wanted to dye eggs and roll them down the hill. So we did that on Thursday. We tried dying the eggs with Kool-aid this year and I have to tell you that it was a fail. I won't do it again next year. But none-the-less, we all had fun. Liam thought it was grand to drop the eggs in the dye and spill it everywhere, and Jordan broke a few eggs and broke down. Thankfully we had eggs to replace them, so Jordan and Liam ended up with the same amount of eggs in the end. We then went to our regular park and rolled our eggs. It was windy and freezing that day, so don't look too close or you'll see our red noses. After we rolled eggs, we just let the kids play at the park for a bit. So here are some pictures.

Shoot!!!

Somehow I managed to delete everyone's blog addresses. Please either email Ty or I, or leave a comment with your blog address. Please.

Two quick things....

I wanted to get on really quick and let you know we are alive. We actually have even done a few things worth posting about, but school has kept me really busy. I just took my last final though, so I should have more time to post. For those of you who would be interested in knowing, I passed both classes with an A in each. I am pretty stoked. More on school later. Second, I just read an update from Blogger. Apparently things are changing with the layouts and such. Infact, as I am writing this, the format from what it was to now is completely different. I hope my blog still looks ok with the changes. And I hope that I can get used to them. I will hopefully post more in the next couple of days.......
